How much your website will cost
Answer five questions about the format, languages, features, design and launch date. For a website or a limited MVP, you'll see the base range for the format and a list of the parts that need a separate estimate. This quiz doesn't price design, SEO, CRM, AI or fintech as standalone services.

Compare estimates by the work they include
When two studios quote different prices for the same website, the work behind those numbers is usually different. That's why our proposal is split into these four parts, and each one is easy to check against another studio's.

For a website, it's the structure, mockups and a working version. For SEO, an audit or implemented changes; for a CRM, a configured process and migrated data.

Materials and access
Copy, photos, the logo, access and documentation for the services we need to connect all affect the order of work. If something is missing, preparing it becomes a separate line in the estimate.

Hosting, paid plugins, payment services, telephony and AI models have their own pricing. In the estimate, they're listed separately from our work.

Complex animation and 3D cost extra
Our own website and two independent concepts show what 3D scenes, a car configurator and an animated promo page look like. We design each scene around a specific storyline, so we quote a price once we've looked at what you need.

How much does it cost to build a website?
A landing page costs from $499, a brochure website from $499, a corporate website from $1,999 and an online store from $2,499. These prices assume one language, custom design and copy you provide. The calculator above shows what a website like yours would cost, and we'll give you the exact price after a short call.
Why do website development prices vary so much?
Studios mean different amounts of work when they say "website". A ready-made template with your copy can be called a corporate website. So can a site with custom design, a dozen distinct pages and CRM integration, even though it costs several times more. When comparing offers, check how many distinct layouts they include, who writes the copy, which integrations are covered and who pays for hosting.
Can you build a website for less than $499?
Not with us. $499 is the least we charge for a website. For that you get a landing page with a prototype, custom design, a lead form and analytics set up. If your budget is smaller, it makes more sense to build the page yourself with a website builder or a ready-made template.
What's included in the price of a website, and what costs extra?
The format price includes the structure, custom design, front-end build with a mobile version, forms, testing and launch. We set up the admin panel for whatever you'll change yourself. Copy and photo preparation, a second language, CRM or inventory integrations and custom animation are priced separately. You pay the providers directly for the domain and hosting.
Is SEO included in the website development cost?
The technical groundwork for search can be included: page URLs, headings, metadata and a sitemap. We agree on the exact list in the proposal. Keyword research, copy written for those keywords and work on rankings after launch fall under SEO, from $600 a month.
How much will the website cost after launch?
The mandatory payments are the domain, hosting and any paid services the project uses. The providers bill you for these themselves. Our support costs from $120 a month and covers updates, backups and monitoring. It's optional, but without it your team will have to keep track of updates.
When does the price become final?
After the first call and the brief, once it's clear which pages, features, integrations and materials you need. We lock in the price, scope and schedule in the proposal before work starts. The proposal also shows what you receive after launch (access, code and files), and the contract covers the rights to the result.
// pricing in detail
How website development cost adds up
How much a website costs at Apricode depends first on its format. A landing page starts at $499, a complex online store goes up to $15,000, and a limited web app MVP starts at $10,000. Within a format, the price depends on the number of distinct pages, languages and integrations, and on whether your copy and photos are ready.

What drives the cost of building a website
The number of distinct templates affects the price most. A designer draws the template for twenty blog posts once. The homepage, a service page, a case study, pricing and contacts are already five separate layouts, and we build each one and test it on a phone. That's why a 40-page website can cost less than a 12-page one.
A second language version adds translation, separate URLs and a check of every page. We price integrations with a CRM, payment services or inventory by the number of systems and whether they have documentation. Custom animation, 3D scenes and in-depth UX design, where we work out the site's user flows from scratch, are separate line items too. Format prices assume your copy and photos are ready, so if they aren't, preparing them becomes a separate part of the estimate.
Which format fits your business
A landing page at $499–2,500 makes sense when you have one offer and ads that send people to it. A brochure website from $499 suits a small company that needs five pages about its services, the company and contacts. A corporate website at $1,999–8,000 is the choice when you have many services, case studies and news, and want to edit the site yourself. An online store at $2,499–15,000 already has a catalog, cart, payment and delivery. A second payment provider, inventory accounting or special pricing rules are estimated separately.
Each industry adds its own parts to the format. A medical center website needs doctor profiles and a clear path to booking, and a real estate website needs a property catalog with filters and a map. A website for a school or courses leads from the program to an application, and we estimate online payment and a student account separately. A restaurant website with a menu and booking requests fits into five pages. A lawyer's page costs from $499, and a law firm website with practice areas and the team from $1,999.
If the format isn't obvious, the calculator has a "Something else or not decided yet" option. In that case, we first outline the task and the scope of the first version, then quote a price.
How we arrive at the exact price
The calculator on this page asks about the format, number of languages, required features, design approach and launch date. After five answers, it shows the range for your format and what will need a separate estimate. Next comes a short call or the brief, where you tell us what you sell and to whom, which pages and systems you need and what materials you already have. Then we send a proposal with the price, stages and schedule fixed before work starts.
Prices on this page are in US dollars because the grid is the same for clients in Ukraine and abroad. The payment currency, taxes and payment schedule are set out in the proposal and the contract.
Where you can save
Honestly, the easiest place to save is the number of templates. When service pages follow one layout, design and development cost less, and visitors find it easier to compare services. Your own copy and photos also lower the total, since you won't pay for preparing them. You can launch in stages too. Start with the homepage, services and contacts, and add the blog, a second language or CRM integration later. We don't recommend saving on the admin panel. When only a developer can change prices and copy, every small edit costs you both money and days of waiting.
Prices for other services
Design, SEO, advertising, CRM and AI solutions are priced by different rules, and their starting prices are listed above. The cost of a web app or SaaS product depends on the first version, meaning the roles, data, integrations and core user flow. If you need SEO or a CRM alongside the website, each service gets its own budget line and a named owner in the proposal.
