Crypto exchanger script under your own brand

A client starts an exchange, and your team sees the rate, the reserve, the checks and the next step for that order. We configure our own Apricode platform for your crypto exchanger, from the website and dashboards to the ledger and payouts.

Software that fits your model

// when it fits

Every exchanger has its own directions, pricing and check procedures. On the Apricode platform we set them up together with the operator's workspace. First we map your exchange flow, then define the modules, integrations and custom work. You see what goes into the launch and how the service can grow from there.

when it doesn’t

Only need a new website?

If your current software does its job, we'll build a website and dashboard connected to its API. Before the estimate we check access to rates, calculations and order statuses.

Your next step

01directions · rules · team

Launch an exchanger

We set up the crypto exchanger script for your currencies, networks and providers, and prepare the website, access rights and the order path from calculation to payout.

Best for: choosing the software base for a new service.

02data · processes · reconciliation

Replace your current software

We check client data, balances and open orders, then draw up a migration plan and test it before your team switches to the new system.

Best for: an old engine that can't take the changes you need.

Add capabilities

We extend your Apricode configuration with new directions, checks, a partner program or a client interface, and tell you what can be configured and what needs development.

Best for: an exchange service that has outgrown its original setup.

We start with your order flow

  1. 01start

    Mapping the exchange

We walk through the client's path from choosing a direction to calculation, checks, payment and payout, and discuss the delays and exceptions the operator will handle.

  2. 02

    Defining the scope

We lock in the modules, providers, interfaces and roles. The proposal lists platform usage terms, setup, custom features and support as separate items.

  3. 03

    Setting up and testing

We connect the agreed services and test a rate change, a delayed payment, a failed check, a repeated notification and a refund, along with how the ledger records each of them.

    Launching your configuration

If you're moving from another system, we run a test migration and reconcile balances. Together we confirm the integrations are ready, pick the go-live moment and agree on what your team does.

    Growing the service

We add the directions and features we agree on and support updates. Every change is tested against your current pricing, open orders and integrations.

01What exactly is your exchanger script?

It's our own Apricode software platform, configured for your exchange service. We put together rates and orders, a financial ledger, VASP CRM, dashboards, checks, crypto wallets and a partner program. The website, provider integrations and any custom work go into the launch scope we agree on.

02What does a turnkey crypto exchanger include?

The agreed package can cover the platform, website, dashboards, directions, pricing, checks, integrations and deployment. We pin down what "turnkey" means with a list of deliverables and areas of responsibility. The operator arranges contracts with financial providers and the legal preparation of the business separately from software development.

03How much does an exchanger script cost, including launch?

The price depends on the modules, providers and networks, the website and dashboards, custom features and migration. For an estimate, it's enough to describe your exchange directions and the systems you already have. We show platform usage, launch work, support and the external service costs known at the time as separate items.

04Can you move clients and orders from our old system?

First we check the export, the data structure, the statuses of unfinished orders and balances. Then we agree on the scope of the migration, a test run and reconciliation. Whether specific data can be moved depends on access to the old system and its data format.

05How do KYC/AML and the Travel Rule work?

We connect the verification services you choose and set up working rules: what data to collect, when to stop a transaction, who reviews the case and how the decision is stored. We add Travel Rule data collection and exchange in a scenario agreed with you. The specific requirements and rules are defined for the operator's model and its providers.

06Can we run it white label, under our own brand?

Yes. We agree on the name and domain, the look of the website and dashboards, languages, pricing and the features you need. It's a configurable solution for your service. License or rental terms, deployment and rights to custom work are set out in the contract.

07Are blockchain payouts and crypto wallets included?

The crypto asset module covers addresses, networks, transaction tracking, confirmations and payouts. We agree on the assets, how to connect to blockchain infrastructure, address checks and error handling. The specific networks and providers are listed in the project scope.

08Can we connect a website, a bot or a partner service?

Yes. The integration setup defines which quotes, orders and statuses an external interface receives. We agree on API access, events and limits. For rate monitoring sites we prepare data in the format they need, and whether you get listed depends on each site's own terms.

What a crypto exchanger script includes

The Apricode exchanger script is crypto exchanger software for services that swap crypto at a quoted rate, order by order. It links the client website, dashboards, operator work and the financial ledger. We configure the platform for your brand, directions and providers, and build custom features for processes that don't fit the standard setup.

Rate, reserve and order

Each direction has its own assets, networks, rate sources, markups and fees. A quote locks the amount and how long the offer is valid. The reserve, waiting for payment, the check and the payout are all tied to the order status. The operator sees why an order is delayed and which next actions are available.

More about the software

Crypto exchanger automation also covers exceptions such as an expired rate, a different incoming amount, an insufficient reserve or a refund. The financial core keeps double-entry records of transactions, separates reserved funds from the available balance and reconciles the ledger with provider data. A notification delivered twice must not debit funds twice, and we test that scenario before launch.

VASP CRM and checks

The CRM for a crypto exchanger stores clients, companies, representatives, owners and order history. Access is split by role, and for selected transactions we set up approval by a second person. The action log helps reconstruct who made a decision and on what basis.

KYC/AML integration for a crypto exchanger covers checks on clients and crypto addresses, sanctions lists and politically exposed persons. For companies we add KYB, and for transactions, monitoring, risks, limits and case review. We agree on re-check intervals, reports and Travel Rule scenarios. Rules and decisions stay with the operator's responsible staff.

Crypto wallets and payouts

The crypto asset module links addresses, networks and incoming funds to orders, tracks confirmations and makes payouts through connected infrastructure. We align how the system handles delays, repeated events, changes in network confirmations and failed payouts with the ledger rules.

If custodial crypto wallet development is part of the solution, we estimate it by assets, networks and how the infrastructure is managed. We set the list of providers and connections for your configuration.

Partners, website and API

The partner program tracks links and codes, the acquisition source and the reward terms in force. A reward accrued on exchange volume or fees can wait for payout, be adjusted or be cancelled after a refund. The partner dashboard shows stats, accruals and payouts within that partner's access.

Crypto exchanger website development covers choosing a direction, calculation, documents, notifications and history. The API passes agreed quotes, orders and statuses to external interfaces, including Telegram bots. For rate monitoring sites we prepare data in the format they need, and whether a site lists your service depends on its own terms.

Choosing software and switching over

Before you buy an exchanger script, decide which transactions it has to support and who will be responsible for integrations, updates and custom work. In the Apricode proposal we fix the platform scope, launch work, license or rental terms, deployment, documentation and support.

When you move from another system, we check the export of clients, history, open orders and balances. Migration starts with a test and reconciliation. If only the interface needs work, you can order a new website on top of your current API.

The cost of your configuration

The cost of building a crypto exchanger depends on the modules, directions, networks, providers, interfaces and migration. Platform setup and custom features are estimated separately, and we include external service costs based on the terms available at the time. For a first estimate we need the list of directions and a description of how your team works.

Permanent accounts and transfers that aren't tied to an exchange fall under neobank development. Accepting payments for businesses and other platform profiles are covered on the fintech development page.
