Rates on the first screen
A board of six currencies with cross rates and USDT, plus a rate ticker at the top of the page. The wholesale button for $500 and up stands apart, so large clients don’t get lost in the general flow.
The nearest branch in a minute
A Kharkiv / Chernivtsi switcher shows branches with address, phone, hours and directions. Clients choose a location before leaving home.
Contact the way you prefer
Telegram, phone, email and a short form on the contacts page. Request, Telegram and call buttons float on the side of every screen, and the callback form passes along the branch, amount and currency.
Two language versions
The site works in Ukrainian and English, with a language switcher in the header. Clients read about rate booking, cashless exchange and USDT in the FAQ.
Currency exchange website with rates and the nearest branch upfront
Exchange office clients compare rates and go where the deal is better. MoneyWay operates in Kharkiv and Chernivtsi, and the site had to answer three questions from the first screen: what’s the rate, where’s the nearest branch and how to arrange a large amount. Then there are wholesale clients who need to exchange $500 or more and book a rate by phone.
On the home page, clients see a board of six currencies (dollar, euro, zloty, pound, franc and krona) plus cross rates and USDT. Next to it is a wholesale exchange button for $500 and up. A city switcher shows branches with address, hours and directions. Request, Telegram and callback buttons float on the side of every screen, and answers about rate booking and cashless exchange are collected in the FAQ.
The operator calls back with context, because the form passes along the branch, amount and currency right away.
