APROS is the platform we build for ourselves and our clients: CRM, projects, finance, inventory, and communications on a single AI core. It's also what routes every lead from apri-code.com, every day.
Challenge
CRM in one service, tasks in another, invoices in a third, and AI nowhere at all. That's what our own stack looked like after ten years of agency work — and it's what most clients' stacks look like too. We decided to bring it all into one system and build it as a product, not an internal tool. That's why APROS grows on a live business: every module gets tested on ourselves first, then handed to clients. Multi-tenancy and white-label were built in from day one — the platform can be licensed under a client's own brand, not just sold as access.

A chat layer over the whole system: ask anything and it finds, answers, or does it. It sees deals, tasks, invoices, and correspondence.

Agents built from skills and workflows have 15+ tools and act strictly within their access rights. A Copilot works alongside them.

CRM with automatic lead distribution
Leads, contacts, companies, deals, activities. Scoring and auto-assignment are already in production — the system itself distributes requests from apri-code.com.

Projects, finance, inventory
Quotes, invoices, payments, orders, price lists, and inventory live in the same database as the CRM and tasks — no syncing between services.

Triggers by event, schedule, or webhook, with queues on Redis/BullMQ. Four-level RBAC, an audit log, and licensing under your own brand.
