You switch columns on and rearrange them yourself, and sort categories by drag and drop. Find products by name, SKU or barcode.

Warehouse, display, vehicle: each location gets its own row with cost price and stock value. You adjust stock from that same row.

Reports down to the delivery note
Sales for a period drill down from category to product and a specific delivery note. Quantity, revenue, cost and margin are visible at every level.
