Browse by country and vintage
Countries sit at the top with wine counts, and filters narrow the choice by vintage, grape, rating, classification, producer and bottle size. A collector reaches the right bottle in two or three clicks.
Everything about a wine on one page
Classification, region, subregion, grape varieties and a critic’s review sit next to the price. Wine goes into the cart instantly, with no page reload.
Checkout without extra steps
Contact details, address, delivery and payment on one page. Buyers pay by card via Stripe or by bank transfer.
Two languages for sales abroad
The English and French versions are set up so Google shows each buyer the version in their language. The store sells from France and, according to the site, ships to 48 countries.
Online store for collectible wines with sales abroad
Collectible wine isn’t bought through “Catalog → Red.” A buyer of Burgundy Grand Cru from Domaine Leroy or Domaine François Lamarche searches by several attributes at once: country, classification, grape variety, type. According to the site, Tour de Wine lists 1,472 items and ships to 48 countries. The store had to make that range easy to navigate without lagging on a single click.
The buyer picks a country, then narrows it down by vintage, grape, classification, producer or bottle size. The wine page shows region, subregion, classification and a critic’s review. Wine goes into the cart or wishlist instantly, with no page reload. Champagne, whisky, calvados, cognac, rum and cigars live in separate sections, so the catalog never mixes different purchases.
With a catalog of nearly 1,500 items, speed decides whether a buyer keeps browsing or closes the tab. That’s why the theme is built on our own foundation, with no heavy page builders.
