How it works

Building catalog

The "Properties" section lists all 19 residential complexes the service manages. Residents find their building by complex name or directly on a Google map.

Building passport

Every building has its own page with technical data — number of apartments, elevator type, radiator type — plus photos and a route map.

Account and payments

Registration only by account number, so the account is for residents only. Service requests with statuses, and payment via Privat24 — one-off or on autopay.

Announcements and news

Rates, planned maintenance, and reports live in the "Information" section instead of a paper notice in the stairwell. A separate feed covers investor news on new residential complexes under construction.

About the project

The buildings of the Kharkiv developer of the same name are maintained by its own facility management service, Avantage — 19 residential complexes. It needed more than a brochure site; it needed a service residents would come back to every month.

For residents: an account you log into with your account number, and utility payments without a line at the cashier. For the company: a catalog of buildings with technical data, announcements for residents, and news for investors.

We built a corporate site in the developer's brand style. Its core is the personal account: registration is only possible with a valid account number, so access is limited to actual residents. Inside, residents submit standard and service requests with statuses and a history of past requests. The "Pay for services" button leads straight to Privat24 — a one-off payment or recurring auto-pay.

Around the account sits the public part: a catalog of buildings with technical data and Google Maps, announcements for residents, and news for investors. We also connected Google Analytics for the Avantage team.
